As 2022 year just has begun, our development team outlined our main priorities for PlusVirtual Platform in this new year. We accomplished our development road map for 2021 which is a great achievement and it encouraged us to create our vision for 2022 with even greater goals and desires.
As PlusVirtual Platform is evolving over time, we will focus on these concepts and areas in 2022:

Software security is an idea implemented to protect software against malicious attack and other hacker risks so that the software continues to function correctly under such potential risks. Security is necessary to provide integrity, authentication and availability.
It is obvious to us that in today's virtual world, security is a fundamental part of our platform. Dealing with patients' information is a huge responsibility that must be considered as the main priority in the developing process.
We have already taken the advantage of blockchain technology in our platform to provide PlusVirtual with the latest and the most secured ways of storing data. We will continue to improve and evolve in this direction during 2022.
Software scalability is an attribute of a tool or a system to increase its capacity and functionalities based on its users’ demand. Scalable software can remain stable while adapting to changes, upgrades, overhauls, and resource reduction.
Since our clients as pharmacies and patients are increasing constantly, scalability is going to be important and vital factor for PlusVirtual Platform over time. So one of our main goals will be monitoring the growth of our platform and taking needed measures in order to provide the best experience for our users.
An enhancement is any product change or upgrade that increases software or hardware capabilities beyond original software specifications. Enhancements allow software and hardware product performance scalability.
2020 was the debut year for PlusVirtual Platform. Since that time we are continuously been trying to add more and more features to all our products including web and mobile applications. Based on our clients' feedback we will continue to enhance our platform to ensure our users with the most simple and efficient user experience.
Client support is a range of customer services to assist customers in making cost effective and correct use of a product. It includes assistance in training, troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading product.
Taking care of our clients was and will be one of our main concerns. We are gathering all the feedback and suggestions from our customers constantly. Our development team is trying to consider and use all the feedback we get in future releases and updates.
Releases and Updates
During 2021 we had a regular monthly release for PlusVirtual Platform to fulfill our technical roadmap. We are going to change that approach a little bit in 2022. New releases and updates are not so tight by schedule and we will make them available as we move along this year. Each update will be announced by a related blog as in past, illustrating all aspects of that release.
